A: Standard check-in time is 2pm.
Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, you can prepay Motel rooms and we leave key under mat. If you are staying in Hotel please arrive prior to 8pm

A: On check in
Q: Can I pay cash for room?
A: Yes, but we still require a credit card on record for security
Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.
Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes, we serve lunch and dinner in the restaurant. Check COVID-19 update.
Q: Do you have Wi-Fi access?
A: Yes, you can access the Free Wi-Fi in the Motel rooms, you may need to move close to antenna from other areas of Hotel
Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: We are in town, walking distance to the local IGA grocery store, news agency, post office and banks.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
Q: How do I guarantee my booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking
Q: Can pets stay in accommodation?
A: No pets at all, not even in vehicles as they may bark and disturb other guests.
Q: Do you have late checkouts?
A: Ask on the day, if cleaners require access, we can store luggage for you.
